Johan P Larsson

Johan P Larsson is Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Cambridge, Department of Land Economy. Johan’s research deals with geographical aspects of industrial dynamics, including agglomeration economies and entrepreneurship. A particular interest is in the empirics of agglomeration economies and associated neighborhood effects. Johan has also written at length on issues such as social capital, innovation policy and social interaction effects.

Pia Nilsson

Pia Nilsson is Associate Professor in Economics SLU and affiliation to Centre for Entrepreneurship and Spatial Economics (CEnSE, JU). Research background in urban, rural and and regional economics, agricultural economics and policy impact evaluation. Current research is focused on productivity analyses in developing and developed country contexts, regional economic growth and economic analyses related to diversification, knowledge diffusion and technology adoption.

Lucia Naldi

Lucia is a Professor in Business Administration and Vice President for Research at Jönköping University. Her research focuses on growth and internationalization of small and young firm. She is also interested in entrepreneurship in different contexts, including firms located in rural areas and family firms. Lucia’s research has been published in several journal articles and book chapters. Lucia is affiliated with the Centre for Family Enterprise and Ownership (CeFEO), and the Centre for Entrepreneurship and Spatial Economics (CEnSE).

Hans Westlund

Hans Westlund is Professor of urban and regional studies at KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, and Professor of entrepreneurship at Jönköping International Business School, Jönköping.

He is also Affiliated Professor at the Institute of Analysis, Ljubljana, Slovenia, and one of the editors of the Springer book series “Advances in spatial science”.  This year (2022) he is Vice President of the Regional Science Association International (RSAI) and 2023-24 he will be President.
